Ons keramiek is handgemaakt, waardoor elk stuk uniek is. Kleine variaties in vorm, kleur en afmeting horen bij het product en zijn geen reden voor klacht. Bij fabricagefouten of transportschade lossen wij dit kosteloos op. Meld een klacht binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst.Our ceramics are handmade, so each piece is unique. Small variations in shape, colour and size are part of the product and are not grounds for complaint. Manufacturing defects or transport damage will be resolved free of charge. Report a complaint within 14 days of receipt.
Cup of Nature is aansprakelijk voor directe schade die het gevolg is van een tekortkoming in de nakoming van de overeenkomst, maar niet voor indirecte of gevolgschade.
